Cancellation and refund policy

1. Services covered

This policy applies to professional coaching services purchased from Skeletalpowermob, 1421 W Gentile St, Layton, UT 84041, United States. Digital workbooks included with programs are licensed for your personal use during and after the program unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Nature of services

Coaching is delivered live or remotely by appointment. Because sessions are time-based professional services, traditional product "returns" do not apply. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

3. Right to cancel (U.S. consumers)

Where state or federal law provides a cooling-off period for distance purchases, you may cancel within the legally required window if no session has occurred. If you request that services begin during that window, fees for completed sessions may be deducted. Specific rights vary by state—contact us if you have questions.

4. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours notice (Mountain Time). Late cancellations (under 48 hours) or missed appointments without notice may be counted as delivered sessions.

5. Program cancellation

For multi-session programs (including Sustain), you may cancel future unused sessions in writing. Refunds for prepaid unused sessions are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable deposits disclosed on your invoice or service agreement.

6. Dissatisfaction

If you believe a session did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days with a description. We may offer a replacement session or account credit at our discretion. This does not constitute an admission of liability.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect future enrollment.
